Atty. Clark G. Añora, LPT.
Firm Director
is a lawyer and corporate compliance professional with extensive experience supporting both local and multinational companies in meeting Philippine regulatory requirements. His background spans corporate governance, entity management, SEC and BIR compliance, immigration procedures, and end to end business regulatory support.
Before founding CK Legal Services Philippines, Atty. Clark worked with global corporate service firms such as TMF Group and CITCO, where he managed diverse client portfolios and handled complex corporate and compliance matters. These roles equipped him with global best practices and a deep understanding of how companies from startups to multinational entities should be structured and governed.
Atty. Clark brings both legal knowledge and practical industry experience into the firm. Through CK Legal Services, he aims to deliver reliable, efficient, and world class compliance solutions that enable businesses to operate confidently and focus on growth.
